feature story experience
The written feature vs the video
There are many differences between the written and the video. One main thing is definitely what information you include. There are always small tidbits you can only include in your video that you can't in your written one. The written story is maybe a little easier because all you you have to do is basically write stuff word for word. I really like both, but prefer the actual video instead, because i can ad small things such as b-roll into the video no problem.
The written is a little harder because you have to explain it very well for the viewer. i do like doing feature stories but there are many things you have to include and and can't include. i really do like this activity because you get to know the person very well, and its a great experience for learning how to do a written story to. I do have to say that this assignment was harder than others just because of the guidelines we needed.
